I think he means that many CHASSIDIC singers sadly dont always live up to the image a CHASSID should live up to. Trimmed beard, goyishe clothing or styles. In this case Benny looks like a Chassidishe yungerman should look like. Although i guess the commenter didn't think about the people who dont have a minhag to have a beard. Allthough the same comment can apply to whats considered appropriate dress and acting for people dont hold from a beard also.
